Terms of Service

By accessing or using Threadsly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Threadsly is currently in Free Beta. The service is provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Features, pricing, and policies may be updated during the beta.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a guardian's permission) and hold a valid Threads account to use the creator features.

The Creator Score, rankings, and rate-card suggestions are data-based estimatesfor guidance only. They are not a guarantee of brand deals, income, performance, or any specific outcome.

Threadsly connects creators with brand opportunities but does not guarantee any collaboration, payment, or income. Any agreement between a creator and a brand is the responsibility of the parties involved.

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Only audit Threads handles you own or are authorised to audit.
• Do not misuse the platform (spam, fraud, unlawful content).
• Comply with Threads/Meta terms when running campaign content.

To protect creators and brands from fraud, a one-time identity verification (KYC) is required before your first earnings withdrawal. This involves:

• Uploading a clear photo of your Malaysian IC (MyKad).
• The name on your IC must match the bank account name you withdraw to.

Your IC image is used solely for verification and is permanently deleted from our systems once the review is completed (verify-then-delete). Verification data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). We may reject or delay withdrawals if verification fails, the details do not match, or fraud is suspected.

The Threadsly brand, design, and platform content are our property. You retain rights to your own content, but grant us a licence to display your public profile information in the marketplace and leaderboards while you use the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Threadsly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including campaign outcomes or deals that do not materialise.

Threadsly is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Threads™.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
